- Usage of PPE kit. Before starting the service, our expert will be wearing a disposable headcover, disposable bodyguard, face mask, face shield, shoe cover & hand gloves in front of you.
- Check on the expert’s health. Every day we get our expert’s body temperature checked and for symptoms like cold/sore throat/cough. In case of any smallest symptom, we will send him/her for a medical check-up and would not be given an appointment till he/she recovers.
- All our experts have been trained on WHO-recommended personal hygiene & safety measures
- For your safety, the SB expert will display her status in the Arogya setu app when he/she enters your home.
- All tools will be sanitized in front of you before and after use.
- We use single-use wax cartridges, sachets, and disposables for your services. packets will be opened in front of you.
- We make sure our experts are fully vaccinated and for your convenience, you can view their covid report while selecting your partner
- Before leaving, the SB expert will clean and sanitize the home area used for service
- We will not be serving any customers in covid-19 containment zones.
The expert is responsible for preparing the service area at your place using sheets to avoid dirt falling on the floor. After service, he/she is responsible for cleaning the place and making sure the service area looks just like it was before.
You need to provide a suitable area for the service with electrical connection points and seating arrangements. Beyond that. Salon basket experts are equipped with everything required to provide you with world-class home salon service.
You can book your desired salon services through our web application between today to any day in the next 30 days in advance. Once the booking is done, the salon basket client relationship manager will call you for further confirmation.you shall also receive a reminder call 30 minutes before the scheduled time on the day of the appointment.any booking requests made after working hours are noted and confirmed for the next day slot.
